The desert rose is native to hot, humid climates but can thrive anywhere if properly cared for with warmth and lots of sunlight. Desert Rose features a thick trunk, which stores water, and trumpet-shaped flowers in a variety of colors
WATER: Water well when soil is dry, once per month. Do not allow standing water in the pot or tray.
LIGHT: Display in bright artificial light or near a window in indirect sunlight.
TEMPERATURE: These plants tolerate a wide range of temperatures from 60-90F. Keep away from air conditioning or heating vents.
FERTILIZER: Apply a balanced houseplant food once per month at ½ strength.Be sure to first water the plant with clean water before feeding fertilizer.
